Overview
The Merchant in Moosewood is your primary destination for selling fish in the game Fisch. As a key figure in the economy of the game, the Merchant offers players the choice to sell individual fish or their entire inventory. Players can manage their sales by favoriting items or adjusting auto-sell settings to prevent specific rarities from being sold.
The Merchants, known as the 'Merchant Brothers,' are present on every island, each sporting unique attire suited to their location, yet always behind a table filled with fishing gear. They are recognizable by their fishing-themed outfits and their varying names, all beginning with the letter M.
Prices offered by the Merchant vary based on the weight, mutation, and rarity of the fish. This variability adds an element of strategy when deciding when and what to sell.
All Merchants across the islands offer the same prices for your fish.
Locations
The Merchants can be found at several locations throughout the game world, each with their own distinct setup. In Moosewood, the Merchant is located inside a red shack marked with a cyan fish. The Forsaken Shore features a Merchant under a small stand to the left of a shipwright.
In Vertigo, the Merchant known as Synth is located near a Strange Whirlpool, while in The Depths, the Merchant is positioned in front of a waterfall. The Ancient Isle hosts its Merchant at a pond, and the Northern Summit's Merchant is situated next to yellow tents.
The Merchant at Atlantis is located outside the Sunken Trials inside a stone building, where players can also purchase diving gear and crab cages. Other locations such as Waveborne, Azure Lagoon, Emberreach, and more have their own distinct Merchant setups.
