Cole is the dedicated Elevator Operator stationed at the Statue of Sovereignty deep within the Sovereignty Mines. In addition to his main duties, players can also spot a non-interactive version of Cole within the AFK mines. This duplicate does not offer any services or interactions, serving primarily as a visual element in the game environment.
