Overview
The Brine Pool offers an adventurous fishing experience in Fisch, set amidst a perilous environment filled with dangers and rare catches. Known for its distinctive large platform surrounded by lethal acid, the Brine Pool is one of only three locations with a paywall requirement, the others being Desolate Deep and Keeper's Altar. Accessing this area necessitates the use of a Reinforced Rod or a rod with the Enchantment, and entry is only possible with a Glider obtained from the Desolate Deep's shop.
Fishing in the Brine Pool is a costly endeavor, second only to the most premium fishing spots in the game. The acid surrounding the platform is deadly, instantly killing players who accidentally touch it. This high-risk area is further complicated by green geysers that might fling players unpredictably if they stand on them. Despite these challenges, the Brine Pool promises unique rewards for those willing to venture into its depths.
To reach the Brine Pool, players must first navigate through the Desolate Deep, requiring Basic Diving Gear. Once inside, players can explore the Desolate Pocket by making a left turn in the cave's entrance tunnel, where they can purchase the Aurora Totem. The Brine Pool's allure lies in its exclusivity and the rare aquatic creatures that dwell within its hazardous waters.
The Brine Pool is one of the few locations requiring a special Glider to access its platform safely.
How to Reach
Glider from Desolate Deep
You'll need a Glider purchased from the Desolate Deep's shop to access the Brine Pool. Use it to safely navigate across the broken plank bridges that lead to the entrance.
Entrance
Accessing the Brine Pool involves finding a small cave north-west of the Desolate Deep island. This cave entrance is marked by a series of steps and plank bridges. However, some of these planks are broken, creating gaps that require a Glider to cross. Careful navigation is key to reaching the Brine Pool safely.
