The Submariner NPCs are stationed at four strategic spots within Mariana's Veil. In the Volcanic Vents, you can find him near the cave entrance, right where your submarine makes its appearance. At Challenger's Deep, he is located at the bottom of the path that leads up to the tent. If you're venturing to Abyssal Zenith, look for him at the cave entrance. Lastly, in the Calm Zone, the Submariner is stationed next to the cave entrance where your submarine emerges, ready to assist you in your journey.

When players approach the Submarine Shipwright, he greets them warmly, asking how he can assist. If a player requests to spawn their submarine, he obliges without hesitation, wishing them well on their journey.
