Options
When players approach RoRed, they are presented with options regarding the acquisition of the Tryhard Rod. Initially, there were two choices: complete a series of three quests or purchase the rod directly. However, the option to buy the rod is no longer available, emphasizing the importance of skill and dedication in obtaining this coveted item.
Tryhard Rod Quest
The journey to earn the Tryhard Rod begins with the first quest, where players must use the Flimsy Rod to perfectly catch 10 fish consecutively. Any failure resets the progress to zero, but successful completion grants 50,000 EXP.
The second quest increases the challenge, requiring 25 perfect fish catches with perfect casts in a row, again using the Flimsy Rod. Upon completion, players receive 100 Tryhard Worms, which are essential for the final quest.
In the third and final quest, players must catch a specific high-level fish using the Tryhard Worms and an enchanted Flimsy Rod. Success in this demanding task results in the reward of the Tryhard Rod.
Helpful Tips
To increase the chances of success in the final quest, players are advised to use the Aurora Totem, which enhances the likelihood of encountering rare fish like the Megalodon or Kraken. Ensuring the Flimsy Rod is properly enchanted is crucial for completing the challenge.
