Overview
The Cryoshock Cellar is a secretive and exclusive sub-location nestled within the vault of Winter Village in Fisch. This area is a late-game challenge, requiring players to engage with the Frost Moon event to gain access. The Cellar is renowned for being the only place where players can attempt to catch the elusive Cryoshock Serpent, making it a coveted destination for seasoned anglers.
Accessing the Cryoshock Cellar requires precise preparation. Players must first trigger the Frost Moon event, which can be done naturally or through the use of a Frost Moon Totem or Weather Matrix. Once active, three levers located in the Northstar Castle area must be activated to unlock the vault leading to the Cellar. This area demands a collection of rare items, including the Essence of Winter, Essence of Starfrost, and an Everfrost Key, to open its doors.
While the process to enter the Cryoshock Cellar is complex, the rewards are significant for those who succeed. The main attraction is the Cryoshock Serpent, a rare catch that requires a complete Fischmas 2025 bestiary (excluding the Serpent itself) to attempt the catch. The Cellar presents both a test of skill and a unique fishing experience, with the added challenge of a time limit imposed by the Frost Moon event.

How to Reach
Activate the Frost Moon Event

Unlock the Vault
Once the Frost Moon event is underway, head to the Northstar Castle area and activate the three levers to unlock the vault where the Cryoshock Cellar is located.
Gather Required Items
Ensure you have an Essence of Winter, Essence of Starfrost, and an Everfrost Key to open the cellar door and gain entry to the Cryoshock Cellar.
